Any Reggae at all.
Almost all of it, Great to play along to cause if you want it to sound right you ahve to groove and there's usually nothing that chops intensive.

if you like mettalica, a lot of enter the sandman can be played on the e string, i dont know how to post a tab, but, intro has lots of open e's and something like (on e string) 0 0 0 6 5 5 0 0 0 0 6 5 5 0 0 0 0 6 5 0 3 0 2 0 2 3 2 0 and so on, you could almost play the whole song on the e string,

you can play any song on one string if yah want(every note is between open and 12th fret.. mind not neccasarily in the octave yah want).... but its easier to play across neck.

But penny wise anthm is all on the A

5-555-05-555-5/8\7\3-333-03-333-3/8-888-8/3-333-3/8\7\5
yah dont need to play the triplets if theyre to fast, better to play 8th in time, but its a kool lil riff yah can mess around with a lot... sounds alright slow drawing out the slides(/these things are slides)

Or zombie by cranberries is very easy.. but on two strings.. yah could play it all on the E... but easier on E &A

A---------------------3-3-3-3-3-3-5-3
E-0-0-0-0-0-0-3-0----------------------3-3-3-3-3-3-5-3---2-2-2-2-2-2-3-2

Highway to Hell is super simple on bass, and sounds very cool, especially along with a guitar (or guitar and drummer).

Van Morrisons 'Gloria" has to be one of the easiest.
"Dreams" by fleetwood Mac and "Who will save yr soul "by Jewel are a couple of others
