Re: YouTube

My mum has probably made more hits than anyone on my YouTube... which in itself is like gold, now she can see that I get to torture whole bars full of drunks to rock music instead of just her hous...

Re: TU-80 or TU-12 (or even TU-12H) tuner?

My Boss TU-12H is awesome. I expect there to be no functional difference to the TU-8 because all they do is tune man... it really depends what layout you want. I got mine off trademe at a really good price years ago. It has been dropped many many times. It got dropped off my amp on Saturday night an...

Re: Ibanez Roadstar 2 - 4 string (80's)

Yeah man I remember playing a hard out slap solo in the middle of a disco funk medley at a bar one night and just remember hearing this 'crack' noise and the bass tone changing like someone pulled the balls out. I didnt notice till ...

Re: Boss ME-50B vs Boss GT-6B

thanks guys... Random thanks for your feedback as a user of this product. I spoke to a guitarist friend I play regularly with and he uses the ME-50 for guitar and mentioned the same thing about the need for more patches, whereas the GT-6 does address that. He said there are times when he'd like more...

Re: Ibanez Roadstar 2 - 4 string (80's)

yeah man, who knows - it could even be an Ibanez Musician... I had one years ago and traded it not knowing what I had. It had so much tonal range with the switching and the pickups had this raw authentic growl about them which set it apart. The upgrade was'nt as great - Pretty sure I went to a new F...

Re: Thunderbird Woes

He is a true rock bassist if ever I met one, Nikki Sixx would be proud. I have tried Thunderbirds but am no...
