Yea i broke the g string then e. Keep in mind, they were dean markleys tuned to drop C# however they seemed pretty week, ball ends were scratched like you wouldn't believe, never seen that on them before. So I don't think ill be buying dean markleys again. Also didn't like the tone terribly much

I just got my new custom built bass back (based off a p-bass with a lace aluma p pickup). At the moment has dean markley 45-105's but i foresee them breaking like they did on my bass (lost my e and g string). So, im wondering what would you recommend for it? esp basses are great even the ltds. not just for metal but rock and u cud maybe get away with pop. good deep end
